The Neiman Marcus Group is reshaping the client experience across both the Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman brands.
The company offers hired Bob Kupbens as the new executive vice chief executive, chief product and technologies officer. He will join Neiman Marcus on February one, reporting to CEO Geoffroy van Raemdonck. Kupbens works with the company’s existing management team to develop new electronic products to enhance in-store, electronic and omnichannel experiences designed for both brands. He will furthermore scale personalization of client experience to a broader group of customers and curate customized assortments.
Additionally , Neiman Marcus has created the new role associated with general manager of brand name partnerships and merchandising. Paolo Riva has been appointed for this role and will report to Lana Todorovich, president and main merchandising officer of Neiman Marcus. Riva joins Neiman Marcus from Victoria Beckham, where he was chief executive officer.

The Neiman Marcus Team is also investing 85 mil dollars in supply string innovation to support its internet business and fuel growth. The organization explained that the demand designed for luxury products is increasing, and as such its supply string network and infrastructure should grow with it. Neiman Marcus will implement a new purchase management system, a new storage place system and improvements in the Pinnacle Park distribution service.
