Italian high-class goods company Furla provides named Mauro Sabatini as the new CEO.
Sabatin, that has been at the label within the past 18 years in the part of strategic industrial companion, succeeds Alberto Camerlengo, that has been appointed executive leader of the board.
Sabatini will be the founder and former TOP DOG of Tuscany-based leather production goods company Effeuno that was acquired by Furla within 2018.
Camerlengo, on the other hand, joined up with Furla 10 years ago because general manager before operating his way up to the schutzhelm of the label.
Giovanna Furlanetto, who has stepped down through her role as Furla president but will continue to work carefully with the creative direction as well as the management “to forge forward with Furla’s strategic plans”, said in a statement: “Mauro has accepted this brand new challenge with the very passion and positive energy, define his character. ”
The lady continued: “I am self-confident that he will guide Furla with leadership and dedication, and that he will bring about a brand new, stimulating energy. Alberto’s professionalism and reliability and profound knowledge of the business have earned him the particular trust and esteem from the investors and we are very happy to name him executive chief executive. ”
