If you love fried food, you will appreciate these crispy Wontons full of juicy Meat and delicious Prawns, and loaded with Chives.
It all started along with my son eating several Deep-Fried Chives Dumplings ( 炸韭菜餃子 ) at a local coffeeshop. He enjoyed the dumplings very much, but found their own skin too thick. Therefore off to the supermarket the following few days, I bought a box of wonton skin as well as the ingredients needed, and began wrapping my version associated with Crispy Chives Dumplings.

twenty-eight Sheets Wonton Skin
250g Minced Pig
1 number of Medium Prawns ( shelled and deveined )
200g Thai Chives
3 Pieces Ginger ( grated )
2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Oyster Spices
Pinch associated with Corn Flour and
Dash of Thailänder Fish Sauce
Pinch of Black Terrain Pepper
Egg cell Wash
Essential oil for deep frying
We made about 28 wontons and gave about half to a neighbour. So glad which they enjoyed the crispy part dish. Be warned! Place be highly addictive!
